Summary

I am passionate about design and efficiency in organisations.

I have worked in a diverse range of IT companies and Start-ups for the last 12 years. In these companies I have striven to find the most efficient and effective ways to do things whether it be organisational design, improving processes or the most efficient ways to code.

Some of my major achievements in these projects include introducing ITIL change and release processes, the outsourcing of a major support center  of over 100 people to India and the introduction of a Balanced Scorecard for performance evaluation and assessment.

It is this recurrent obsession with efficiency and good design in business that led my to undertake and successfully complete an MBA at the Australian School of Management - the best MBA in Australia. Here I was able to pursue academically the problems I had faced at the coalface and build a much larger toolbox to build better  businesses.

  • Strategy support  - Internal/External Alignment with Strategic Objectives, Capability building
  • Business Process Re-engineering - Implementation of Lean, ITIL and Six sigma processes.
  • Organization Design - Lean principles, Six SIGMA, TQM.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting - OCI, Balanced Scorecard
