Proficient keyboarding and computer skills

I was taught keyboarding skills beginning in sixth grade and continued to practice and increase my skills thoughout the years. I am efficient and quick in my typing so that it will not hinder my work.       With computers I know mainly the basics. I admit I know a few tips and tricks here and there. I effectively use the most advance Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I know the proper technique in writing formal papers, letters, and professional documents, etc.

Polished professional attitude and appearance

I arrive at work on time and in appropriate attire. I appear clean, sharp, and professional and intend to always apply my skills in that manner. Clothing consists of either a pantsuit or skirt and dress shirt, and heels. My hair is made-up to accent my outfit and it never obstructs my face.       In the work environment my attitude is always positive and never harsh or negative. I wear a bright, sincere smile on my face when greeting others and constantly hold my head and shoulders high. When walking, I do so with purpose and in a straight and tall stance.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

My life is full of obstacles and work, as is everyone else's. Throughout my eighteen years on this earth I have learned to juggle and support multiple tasks to a point of near perfection.       My first and only job at McDonald's taught me that work is hard, but in the long run it will pay off. The daily agenda at McDonalds consists of not only food preparation, but also the handling of monetary values and of challenging customers. I have worked at McDonalds for about a year and a half now and feel confident that I can deal with just about any situation.

Professional front desk and customer service skills

Telephone Communication

Communication is nearly completely different over the phone compared to a face-to-face conversation. While having a conversation with someone over the phone, it is necessary to convey proper emotion through voice and speech. I believe I perform these tasks accurately and thoroughly. Over the years I have had thousands of personal, though regrettably little professional, experiences in phone conversations.

Excellent Communication Skills

Speech is nearly everything in this world. If you cannot communicate properly and in an efficient manner, you should definitely continue building your technique. Communication links the world together, and I believe that I convey an appropriate attitude and interest in the subject at hand. When necessary I provide assistance, give adequate feedback, and always keep smiling. If there is any issue or discomfort with the person of topic, I "keep my cool" and solve it.         I speak clearly and fluently in advanced English. I have received a high school diploma and began my college career this past year. I graduated from Booker T. Washington High School with a GPA of 3.75. In high school one of my favored subjects was English, and I pride myself in my vocabulary.
