Leads were generated by primarily cold-calling, with an internal system to work with Field Representatives to forward qualified leads to the appropriate party. Responsible for personal sales growth and development – including price setting, terms and setting up stocking programs to provide materials to new and existing customers.

National Safety Council

The Account Executive position was created for me after working as a general Inside Sales Representative for two years. Responsibilities included facilitating First Aid Institute training sites throughout the United States for the National Safety Council’s Public Safety Group. Site affiliation included having a certified First Aid Institute Trainer and adhering to an Agency Agreement between the site and the Council. Books and certificates were published and sold to the sites (agencies) for their instructors to certify recipients in a variety of First Aid and CPR courses including First Responder, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and several HEARTSAVER programs developed with the American Heart Association. Worked closely with six Agency Coordinators and five Regional Managers within the Council, over 80 Local Safety Councils and hundreds of Training Agencies throughout the United States. Worked several Council tradeshows in conjunction with the Public Safety Group.

Volunteer Work

Greater Chicago Food Depository (11/2011 to Present) -  Volunteer in a local Soup Kitchen on Wednesday nights serving, cleaning and hosting tables for the less fortunate.


Work out regularly and enjoy outdoor activities and games.  Have started writing poetry and have a true passion for it.  Read about two books a month and favorite authors include James Patterson, David Baldacci and Lee Childs.Past interests included volleyball, softball and a variety of other social sport activities.Played two years of college football.
