The Oriental Hotel Legazpi
-Responsible for managing Government accounts; Hotel bookings, room reservations and other government related accounts.
-Ensure timely and appropriate delivery of service and products.
-Make initial customer contact through sales call and visits at least three (3) times a week .
-Familiar with formulating business proposals according to clients business needs.
-Familiar with drafting business contracts, booking event order, and other relevant business related documents.
-Negotiate prices and variations in prices specifications.
-Arranged meetings with potential clients.
-Records sales information and maintain clients' records.
-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
-Review self sales performance with a view to improve it
