The Resident Assistant at Queens University of Charlotte is an upper-class student who lives on the residence hall floor to serve as the primary resource for building community and helping students connect with each other and the Queens community. The objectives of the RA position include building a positive community on their floor and within the hall, assisting residents with both personal and academic concerns, knowledge of and upholding University Honor Code, and serving as a resource and/or liaison for Queens.

Summary

Sophomore majoring in Business with a Communication concentration at Queens University of Charlotte.  Gained valuable leadership and event planning experience as a Resident Assistant for Queens.

The Rain Forest ProjectSpring 2008

A non-profit program dedicated to rain forest education through scientific research. During this project I developed research skills and field data collection techniques to offer alternative economic opportunities for shifted cultivation in Central America. Also through presentations help create more awareness and education on global warming.
