As a volunteer at MAIN I helped underprivileged households receive low-cost internet by answering customer calls and repairing equipment. As a CIT student, a father and an Asheville native I am community oriented and value driven. As the wireless department manager I took customer concerns to heart and drove my department to achieve top sales in our region (of over 150 Wal-Mart supercenters) 6 out of 12 months. As a Computer Information Technology student my goal is to employ my skills with network administration, basic networking, computer hardware, and web design, with the aim of helping others. I intend to integrate with and improve my work environment by maintaining an attitude of success with respect for all individuals.
