Currently, my top internship choice would be in the field of law, preferably one in which I can work with a District Attorney (DA) or a Criminal Defense Lawyer. After obtaining my degree in both Philosophy and Political Science, I am planning to enter the United States Air Force as an officer. There, I plan to pursue and exciting career in military law. Hopefully this job would lead me to my dream position of being a part of JAG where I could serve in a role similar to that of a DA.

To obtain this goal, I have structured my education in a way that will allow me to explore law carefully. I have taken a number of classes to strengthen my analytical and critical thinking skills such as Introduction to Logic and Analytical Thinking. Further, I have taken Public Speaking to strenghten my communication and interpersonal skills. Finally, I am exploring current issues in society through courses such as Environmental Science and Comparative Politics.

To obtain an internship in the field of Law at a progressive organization that will allow for further development of my current skills.
