Championed a global multi-discipline product development team of 40 providing solutions on Windows and Linux platforms with the primary responsibility to develop enterprise software for video management systems and embedded software for camera products. Principal engineering team located in Israel. Demonstrated experience in leading aggressive and result-driven, strategic business planning; including the development of yearly and long-term strategic plans and identification of customer wants and needs, as well as identifying and addressing unmet/unsatisfied needs. Designed, developed, and employed embedded (Linux based) software and hardware for the company’s flagship IP based PTZ cameras. Responsible for the product management, development and deployment of IP Video Software, Web Viewer, as well as Android and iOS based IP Camera Viewer APPs. Currently developing a PSIM-Lite video management system capable of working cross platform as well as in the cloud.
