Maria Culp

Hi! I'm a senior at the University of Oregon majoring in public relations with minors in German and communications and I'm graduating next June.

In the School of Journalism and Communication, I've honed my skills as a writer, researcher, editor and speaker. Additionally, I've studied and become familiar with various social media including Twitter, Wordpress and Facebook.

Ultimately, I would love a career that is some combination of my three greatest passions: writing, traveling and animals. My recent visit to the Galapagos Islands on an environmental writing program confirmed this goal of mine.

Although I will miss my Ducks at Oregon, I am excited to see what lies ahead next year -- I think another adventure is just around the corner.
