Designing manpower planning strategies to achieve recruitment targets at all levels within specific timelines maintaining the benchmark. Meeting allocated teams targets and evaluating the performance of the team on a weekly basis and work towards minimizing the gaps. Closely monitoring metrics, driving operational efficiencies and increase recruiter’s productivity, motivating, training and maintaining a team. Assisting in building an effective performance improvement system and fixing non performance by coaching/mentoring to the team in order to increase productivity. Developing an effective induction and orientation program for the new joinees. Data Management and Analysis. Leading the campus recruitment drive and generating walk-ins for the candidates through various campus activities. Communicating with colleges on a regular basis to develop and maintain excellent relationship with principals and key members of the colleges. Organizing seminars and recruitment job fairs in various cities to fetch quality ayurvedic doctors from accross India. Responsible for employee referal check, complete verification and joining formalities. Initiating new programs and activities to retain employees. Effectively get all employee engament activies done (E.g: Karma Activities, Birthday/Anniversary Bash and fuctions on the occation of festivals). Prepare and maintain attrition report and analysis. Overseeing employee Exit Management. Providing weekly MIS reports to the reporting manager.
