I started as an Enrollment Counselor and became a member of Apollo Learning and Professional Development team, first as a New Hire trainer for Enrollment Counselors and moved to a Senior Learning Facilitator role focused on Leadership Development to drive growth and decision-making in the organization. Recently moved to a Senior Enrollment Counselor position, developing relationships with students to enable the students to pursue their educational goals, and enhance the student's overall experience with the University of Phoenix.

I was responsible for the operations of this office which was established to resolve all executive complaints, all complaints to the Federal Communication Commission, all complaints to the State Public Utility Commissions, and any complaints that were escalated through customer service that could not be solved at that level. I had 13 people working for me and we serviced an average of 1500 complaints per month. I started with the organization as a customer service representative in the Kansas City location, became a customer service manager, and was also a corporate trainer for 18 months.

I was responsible for the overall operations of the furniture section within an OfficeMax retail location. This was a 5000 square foot store within the retail office supply store. I moved the store from the 255th store out of 300 at the time to the fifth store in the company in my tenure.
