Created, managed and implemented the communications and marketing strategies for the Charlwood Pacific Group Real Estate division: CENTURY 21 Canada, CENTUM Financial Group, Real Canadian Property Management.(B2C, B2B). Managed a team of 3.  

Managed the creation and maintenance of all consumer focused online marketing content including website (front end and back end). 

Produced all content for internal CRM system: internal communications,  Century 21 System newsletters, notifications, event promotion, templates emails, greeting cards, promotional material., Facebook templates, branded signatures, branded twitter backgrounds, Created for Century 21 agents to promote themselves.

Designed and created new Franchise Sales Kit and  realtor advertising/promotional tool kit. This led to 2012 Canadian Mortgage Awards Nomination - Best Advertising, Best Branding.

Strategic member of executive team, developed creative campaigns to attain set goals and improve brand visibility and adoption - Spearheaded Property Mogul-online real estate strategy game. Within 30 days there were 16, 066 game plays, amongst 999 users.

Launched redesign of Century21. ca. Within 1 year, visits to site increased from 600, 000/month to over 1.3M/month.

Launched new Centum. ca: website design, brand compliance, internal and external promotional campaign.

Increased social web presence by 532% in 5 months. Facebook links increased by 206% in less than 6 months.

My professional story

As I have experience working with start ups,  franchise organizations and international manufacturers, I understand the importance of brand visibility and of course consistency across all marketing platforms.  I have proven experience in putting in place marketing strategies (online and offline) that drive engagement, encourage brand adoption, convert quality leads and reinforce relationships.  

I have worn many hats in my career as a marketing consultant and executive, I am skilled in all things digital, as well as very proficient in writing for the press and creating quality content for the web (and print) - both written and graphic illustrations. 

I am currently looking for opportunities in the Cayman Islands or London, England.
