Developed the strategic plan for integration of systems. Negotiated contracts and orchestrated actions of multiple business partners worldwide. Supervised a staff of 10 in India and a global development team.

Jointly managed $100 million IT budget, project management office, and service availability with technology group. Managed offshore resources to deploy global solutions. Supervised bank wide global business continuation and disaster recovery initiatives.
