Recruiting functions:• Directed all Talent Acquisition/Recruiting functions.Designed company sourcing strategy. Including company internet job board, referral programs and college recruiting program.• Used SEO/SEM to drive more applicants to company website. HRIS/HMS Functions:• Directed IT in the implementation of any technology solutions required to support the Human Resource functions.• Management of all HRIS functionality, such as, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits, Recruiting.• Responsible for analyzing, balancing and directing all functional related activities within the scope of the HRM systems. Accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of system changes, or upgrades.• Recommend and prioritize system improvements and additional systems tools to improve efficiency of the HR Department. Involve cross functional teams to ensure process is smooth.
