To obtain an engineering co-op position where I can improve my leadership and interpersonal skills while broadening my experience.

I am a third year Biomedical Engineering student at Case Western Reserve University with a focus of orthopedic biomaterials. My main interest in my field is the design aspect as I have a strong background in engineering as well as the arts. I have taken many courses over the years that have been preparing me as a well-rounded engineer from courses in materials science and chemical engineering to computer and electrical engineering and then from civil and mechanical engineering. My involvement in scouting was the major influence in my life that enabled me to achieve. I earned my Eagle Scout Award in 2005 after several years of hard work. The experiences I had as a scout developed many qualities within me that I use daily, not just on my routine camping trips.
