Seeking an environmental studies internship involving an outdoors experience program or an environmental law agency where I can demonstrate my passion for the outdoors, strong leadership skills, and interest in studying law in the Rocky Mountains.

My love for the outdoors and willingness to preserve receding land and endangered animals will benefit your company. I will share my enthusiasm with others throughout the country to gain their support in saving the environment. By interning here, I believe that my knowledge for the environment and passion for law will help me succeed in one day creating my own environmental agency.

I am currently on the Queens University Women's Soccer team.  I have started in total of 5 games and have been a part of many games. I consider myself a leader on the team and a valuable asset when I step on the field. I have played soccer since I was three and it has taught me about teamwork and how to be a leader. It has also taught me to perservere in hard times.

Community Service

  • Room at the Inn: On Martin Luther King Day 2009, a group of Queens students and I went to volunteer at Room at the Inn. It is a house for unfortunate families to come and get food, clothing, and other supplies. It is mostly for unfortunate mother's who have two or more children. When we volunteered there we re-organized the room where the mothers could come and get clothes for themselves and their children.
  • Craven Regional Medical Center: Every summer throughout high school I volunteered at Craven Regional Medical Center. Each summer I worked in different departments: Human Resources, the Medical Supply Room, and Pediatrics. It was an eight week program.

Leadership Activities

  • Queens University Women's Soccer Team: It is a great honor for me to play on a collegiate team. I have started in a total of five games throughout my two years on the team and have played in mostly all of them.
  • New Bern High School Women's Soccer Team: My senior year of high school, I was named captain of my school team. This was a great honor and was held in high esteem.
