  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings which include preparing meeting collateral, acting as liaison between organization and venue to make sure the meetings run smoothly.
  • Form and maintain relationships with new businesses to join the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Increase advertising sales to market "Burlington Discover the Treasures," publication.
  • Administer the marketing and public relations avenues to increase awareness for special events including, Home Expo, Annual Dinner and Auction, Golf Outing, Christmas Parade and other fundraising activities.
  • Insure proper updating and editing the Chamber's Web site.

  • Spoke confidently in large group settings and small group settings toward professionals who attended a business networking seminar, presentation to incorporate a volunteer program, and one-on-one interviews with staff members to gather information why they need volunteers.
  • Participated in the research and development to conclude the importance of volunteers to help assist staff members.
  • Created and distributed news releases and flyers to advertise the Asset Builders of America's Money Conference, a seminar that provides affordable, high-quality, and unbiased financial education.
