Mr. Wehmeyer's professional experience in the advertising and brand marketing arena spans 3 decades, beginning in 1988 when he pioneered development of the business model now commonly employed by today's internet social networks, with the creation of Promoguidance Network, a company with the objective of matching marketable businesses with the perfect creative sources for the job. Mr. Wehmeyer sold his company in 1989 to start a full service advertising and marketing firm in South Texas, immediately becoming agency of record for one of the largest wholesale landscape nurseries in the United States, headquartered there, and winning numerous awards along the way for excellence in brand marketing for A-list clients in the software, financial services, sports entertainment, hospitality, telecommunications and utilities industries, to name a few. Mr. Wehmeyer left the fast-paced ad agency life in 1998, forming a brand development consultancy to service the needs of publicly held Fortune 500 companies, and small cap companies seeking growth in the public equity markets, exclusively, and has successfully guided both startups and benchmark companies to do just that.
