I am an Industrial Engineer turned to be an IT specialist focusing on ERP systems, mostly working on SAP implementation projects where I have done business analysis, configuration and implementation, support, documentation development and training. It was at the point where my involvement with the change management teams became closer for the circumstances inside the projects when I realized the importance of having the users prepared and ready to take control over complex ERP systems. At that time, I discovered that my career path was already in front me: Change Management, Business Readiness, Human Performance and Training Delivery.
Business processes have changed throughout the years in the hunt to have the edge on the customers minds. In recent years and with better information systems, organizations have been evolving constantly making the human force being involved in an ever-changing environment they need to be prepared for. For me, discovering the needs of the people to allow them to grow, to become proeficient on the system they use, to discover their strengths and put them to use, to become a team player within the area they work for, and to achieve all their own objectives and goals along with the company ones is a real challenge I am always ready for.
I put my heart an soul to develop customized training programs that helps people meeting the organizational goals. A business oriented and well trained people makes things easy for everyone around within the organization. Reducing the learning curve is a challenge I am always ready for. Prepare people to face the organizational changes and help them find their place into their new business world is something I really enjoy doing.
