Master's Degree

Oxford Brookes University

Between 2005 and 2007 I went to lectures over the weekends to cover all the various different modules of the programme, whilst working full-time at Oxford University, and in 2008 I decided to postpone my dissertation one academic year after my baby was born, changed job and moved city. I worked on my dissertation, “Factors of Growth Associated to the SMEs: Two Case Studies”, during my daughter’s first year and working full-time.

The programme really put me to the test having to meet deadlines and achieving great results. I am delighted I was awarded a Merit on my thesis, just two points away from achieving a distinction, and a Merit for the overall programme.
