Tereos Guarani

Guarani is a Joint venture involving the French group Tereos and the Brazilian group Petrobras. The business is based on the product mix of Sugar cane varieties, Ethanol and Energy.

I am responsible for projects and programs designed to recover the productive capacity, loss reduction and strategic improvements investments - CAPEX of hundreds millions Euros until 2016. 

Reporting directly to the Head of Global Organization in Europe and, locally, to the CEO of the 9 industrial units in Brazil and Africa; my main focus in lead the portfolio management, PMO implementation, development and training of Project managers, Organizational change, implementation of Enterprise KPIs and Strategic management.
