  • Interface with Mexico and New Jersey operations on the tech and sales support.
  • Responsible for product training of MPB Technologies products, a Canadian US$60M+ yearly revenue company, manufacturer of high-power lasers used in the telecom and medical industries.
  • Responsible for custom-developed software solution for Brasil Telecom, a top player in Brazil, for routing fiber-optics within a loaded rack, which ultimately helped decrease the laser power loss in more than 18% at transmission hardware.
