A longtime account executive in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, Fenita Caldwell obtained an A.S. in Radiology Science from Foothill College in Los Altos, California. She subsequently earned a B.S. in Healthcare Management at San Jose State University. Ms. Caldwell also is a Certified Radiologic Technologist.Fenita Caldwell began her sales and marketing career in the health care industry in 1999 with DeRoyal Enterprises’ orthopedic division. In her position as Area Manager for Patient Care, Ms. Caldwell educated and trained orthopedic professionals in the Central Valley and Northern and California about DeRoyal's magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography (CT scan), and noninvasive orthopedic products.From 2001 to 2004, Fenita Caldwell represented Tyco Healthcare (now known as Covidien, plc), as an Area Manager and Contrast Media Specialist. She led the San Francisco area sales team and was responsible for tracking expense budgets, strategic planning, sales reporting, and internal and external presentations. Ms. Caldwell's client base included cardiovascular and radiologic professionals throughout her territory.In 2004, Ms. Caldwell accepted as position as an Area Manager and Imaging Sales Specialist for General Electric Healthcare (GEHC), representing the company in six major cities. She was responsible for the training of her sales team, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies plus external laws and regulations.Fenita Caldwell most recently served as the Senior Executive Hospital Portfolio Representative at Astellas Pharma US, Inc., covering a territory comprising the San Francisco Bay Area, the Central Valley, and coastal areas of California. Ms. Caldwell’s efforts resulted in her receiving Astella's Summit Club Award and Hospital Products Rapid Impact Award in her first year of territory management.Ms. Caldwell resides in Burlingame, California, where she enjoys fishing, sailing, hiking, golf, and reading in her free time. She supports the Alzheimer's Association, The Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the National Kidney Foundation.
