Business Analyst

Supports consulting projects that align business strategy and IT processes. Currently working on a large-scale transformation project at a leading Oil and Gas company that aims at improving the business processes of the firm's downstream operations from crude to customer. Developed performance metrics and continuously reported the progress of the transformation to the project leadership team. Helped to conduct functional fit-gap analysis of the client's tax system and supported the development of a new solution design.

Wrote bachelor thesis at SAP's Service Innovation team, which has the task to find effective ways to co-innovate with customers, to develop services around SAP products, and to accelerate the pace of innovation within SAP's own organization. Explored the application of Design Thinking, a problem-solving technique, to identify business cases for disruptive technologies such as Cloud, Mobile and In-Memory Computing. Transferred the content of the thesis into practice by supporting the development of a portfolio of innovation related services that is now being used in consulting engagements.
