  • Supervises team of 3 (three) persons to ensure the purchasing process dealt not more than 1 (one) day after request from users that include tasks as below :
    • Acquires items and services for company based on user requests with closed bids system by emphasizing 3 (three) main criteria: best price as possible, shortest delivery time and ensure good quality.
    • Prepares purchase orders for suppliers/vendors as orders authentications.
    • Gathers detailed and comprehensive specifications from users to ensure the correct items or services purchased.
    • Follows up delivery time to suppliers/vendors not exceeding promised time schedule.
  • Conducts daily monitoring on team work regarding the purchasing process.
  • Conducts training to ensure the effectiveness of purchasing process to the team simultaneously.
  • Forms and maintains relationship with suppliers/vendors by negotiates better prices and terms for items and services and also ensure the pricing is not over-budget.
  • Searches constantly for new suppliers/vendors constantly in terms of looking for best in class for each item categories e.g. office supplies, IT equipments, machineries, etc.
  • Prepares and implements contracts for certain items and services that need more time for realization, such as data and voice cabling installation, building maintenance, etc.
  • Authorizes payments for items and services that purchased collaborate with financial department.
  • Manages daily purchasing reports and annual target assessments.
  • Manages vendor requirements, database, spending analysis and risk management.
