• Managed the Integration of three financial services companies to Citi’s Global Standard Procure-to-Pay and Reimbursement Oracle systems (Mergers and Acquisitions for Citigroup London). Responsible for the Payment Services product and led integration to a successful completion. • Project manager for the implementation of the Citigroup Standard Expense Reimbursement System (Web T&E) in Brazil and Puerto Rico – Responsibilities include system customizations, configurations, testing, training, and communication among others. Latin America T&E implementation was highly mentioned in Citigroup’s senior leadership meetings. The implementation plan served as the model to other regions. • Project manager of four different projects with Brazil. All projects sponsored by the chief country officer (CCO) and the chief financial officer (CFO) of Citigroup Brazil. • Regional Lead of a Global project which encompasses optimization of systems, processes, and people. Project will be implemented in 20 countries in Latin America and the Brazil implementation was already launched. • Strengthened Latin American countries relationships with our Citigroup Business Services products. • Represented CBS LATAM region to establish credibility and enhance our professional reputation by bringing all teams together (P2P system, Payment Services, Procurement, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger) for major systemic and procedural decisions. • Managed the Latin America divestiture of the Citigroup Asset Management business acquired by Legg Mason with no major issues or any impact to Citigroup or to the business. • Liaison between Citigroup in Latin American countries and Citigroup Business units in the US to manage senior relationship and project expectations.

Financial Reporting Operations

• Led SOX 404 efforts (compliance controls over financial reporting) for the Offshore Financial Reporting Services group. • Responsible for the end-to-end reporting of a legal vehicle to be included in the Citigroup financial annual reporting. • Successfully coordinated Procure-to-pay (P2P) Brazil Integrated Systems Testing (multi-million dollar Global Purchasing system) and Web T&E (Global Expense Reimbursement system) involving cross-functional groups and offshore personnel. • Led Global Expense Reimbursement system (Web T&E) training in Brazil. 80% of the expense reimbursement users in Brazil were trained. System is live in Brazil with no significant systemic issues. • Post-implementation support for the Brazil P2P and Web T&E users providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
