  • Maintain daily communication with UNDP China and Ghana and Zambia PMUs and other key stakeholders to facilitate the project implementation;

  • Prepare project documentation including briefing notes, talking points, speech notes, meeting minutes, invitation letter etc.;

  • Prepare project activities communication materials including activities press releases and project promotion video script;

  • Draft projects quarterly and annual reports;

  • Identify consultancy needs, and assist in the identification, selection and recruitment of consultants;

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
