Responsible for generating sales of furniture and company services throughout West Palm Beach Florida.Established a key relationship with Florida Atlantic University's Facilities Planning Department.Prepared and awarded a bid response for Scripps Florida.Created accurate product specifications which minimized installation errors.

2005 - 2006

Coordinator of Business Development


Organized, designed and produced marketing/sales literature.Selected, designed and ordered promotional items.Published a monthly on-line corporate newsletter; distributed to 900 internal and external clients.Responsible for scheduling and registering conference booth participation at thirty five conferences across the United States.Sales materials and promotional materials arrived on time 100% of the time.

Organized New York State test materials.Responsible for maintaining student records.Assisted teachers and administrators with student discipline issues.Developed documentation that detailed Support Room statistics for administration evaluation. Created and established a process which informed parents when their child frequented the Support Room.Presented teacher lesson plans.

Assisted with the marketing of a product introduction which earned a Silver Award at an international trade show.  Organized, designed and produced promotional materials, public relations press kits and a quarterly newsletter.  Organized presentations for a two day National Sales Meeting.

Account Representative (1988-1997):  Responsible for generating sales of furnitureand company services throughout the Greater Rochester area.Provided ongoing account management, with responsibility for increasing business volume.Increased sales at University of Rochester from $25,000 to $200,000 in two years.Established relationship with Eastman Kodak Corporate Real Estate Division.Contributed to setting uniform furniture standards for the Parkridge-St. Mary’s merger.

Architect & Design Consultant (1984-1988):  Built relationships with architect/design firms and assisted with RFP preparation.Prepared and presented educational product seminars to Architects and Designers.

Interior Designer (1981-1984):  Provided commercial interior design solutions and selected surface material finishes.
