Reporting to Emea Retail VP and directly managing two resources, Planning and Implementation of strategies to improve performances of the European retail network (about 150 stores)

Strategy planning:

Definition of retail topline budget working directly with countries (Central Europe and CIS region);

Stores and field visit to support retail country managers monitoring stores kpi's;

Creating effective communication and relationships with stores and regional teams to capture location opportunities and liabilities;

Working closely with marketing department to build specific actions tailored on countries needs and according with brand pillars;

Retail planning:

Starting from topline budget definition,store sales forecasting including main kpi's (AUR, seasonal changeover %, category weight %) 

Setting volume stock targets defining stores optimal stock (Weekly Min&Max);

Store Clusterization and planning working closely with Allocation and Buying teams;

Developing knowledge of specified regional variances and store attributes and trends through data analysis;

Sale period management defining markdown steps, gross margin targets and prices, according with company expected turovers and profit;

Retail Operations: managing retail operations and daily issues, returns, inventory, logistic flow;

Project management:

Development of Emea allocation tool defining new replenishment rules.
