I am currently in charge of the Alstom transport business relationships with the French local authorities.
I have headed the rail business for Transamo/Transdev in Paris-France until march 2011
Late 2006, I joined Transdev SA and was seconded to Australia to TransedvTSL until July 2010
As bids and projects Director for TransdevTSL, I have succesfully supported TransAdelaide, the Adelaide Public Transport operator, to introduce 6 new trams.
Until November 2009, I was working at Yarra Trams (500 km - 500 trams - >2500 employees) as Senior Manager for the Melbourne New Tram Procurement. I was a member of the Yarra Trams management board.
I have worked intensively with all Yarra Trams other departments such as Operations, Technical services( rolling stock and infrastructure), Marketing, customer service, safety and quality in order to analyse their needs and develop the Specification.
I also headed a project team in charge of new projects on Rolling Stock aimed at improving passenger services in Melbourne. Some of our accomplishment include the successful installation of the hardware for the new ticketing solution for trams and the introduction of 5 trams leased from Mulhouse France for the Melbourne network.
Starting my career with Alstom Transport Group, I spent 16 years in a variety of executive, tender and technical roles in Europe and Australia. This included two years as Customer Director in Australia, in charge of new commuter trains and trams in Melbourne and approximately two years as Tramway product Director in charge of Alstom tramway business leading more than 25 tramway (LRV) projects, research and development activities and tram world market analysis.
I am qualified in Production Engineering and Mechanics and I have a University Degree in Business Administration.
