Assistant Human Resources Mgr- Responsible for 600 Staff Members 350 Rooms Supervision on 2 clerks, English Teacher, 2 Timekeepers In my position I'm responsible of: ü To ensure day to day upkeep and update of the following records; Annual Leave Employee appraisals Compensatory time-off Disciplinary actions Employee labor cards Employee health cards Medical Insurance registration and updating Sick Leave Monthly status report ü Responsible for managing time-keeping records, time cards and payroll preparation. ü To monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the employee dining room and locker area, performing random locker inspections. ü Responsible for managing Employee Transportation. ü Ensure that all personnel files are updated and files according to the established system. ü To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately. ü Assist the HR Director with the employee benefits and salary administration. ü Managing of the employee performance appraisal program. ü Responsible for interviewing and hiring selection. ü Responsible for over viewing work permits & residency cards for expats. ü Ensuring that all employee satisfaction is met by conducting monthly staff meeting, GM lunch meetings. ü Responsible for creating & reviewing employee handbooks, expat guides & employment application. ü Responsible for yearly departmental action plans & keeping policy & procedures up to standards. ü Organizing of departmental P&L and departmental consumption.
