HR Business Partner - HR Global Wealth & Enabelments Team

- Partner with line Managers and business management to proactively address business issues related to work force planning, development, employee engagement and productivity.
- Leads and manages business people management related agenda.
- Work closely with functional business managers to understand their business and team members’ status and builds a strong business relationship.
- Partner with other HR functions to drive and leverage all HR programs including performance management, compensation, executive and employee development, succession planning, work force optimization, staffing and benefits.
- Provide advice and counsel on multiple initiatives, maximizing all HR programs and cycles, and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues.
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit for all HR matters.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and implementations of HR initiatives.
- Drive Emartization agenda and support the organization in recruit identify, retain and develop Talent UAE Nationals.
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks & participate in new HR system launch and internal process enhancements project
