- Worked with client data management teams to request and import raw data to create functional databases

- Communicated strategic recommendations to minimize cash loss and increase revenue flow in monthly status meetings to CEO and external clients

- Founded the scribe program at Alameda Hospital in my first year at university

- Worked with the hospital executives, doctors, and fellow scribes to create a program that is suitable for all employees

- Transformed the program from a one-person show to a full around-the-clock scribe program, sometimes including more than one scribe a shift

- Implemented trainings and incoming scribe exams to insure competent and knowledgable scribes

- Presented on how to work with different personalities in the work field
