• Liaise with Work Packages regarding Variation Orders (VOs) and compile the information received in a standard format set by the Commercial Manager

• Coordinate with the QC Department to make sure all MIRs (Material Inspection Report) and RIWs (Request for Inspection of Work) are being submitted with minimum delay and liaise with necessary parties to obtain required approvals

• Coordinate with PMO regarding MTS (Material Submittals) progress • Inspect all Abortive/Damage work claims and confirm if the claim is legitimate and undertake resultant appropriate action

• Analyse the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, Request for Proposal. Provide assistance to user departments, when required, in the preparation of specifications, etc.

• Stock Analysis and Up keeping of the inventory.

• Coordinating with the Purchase Requester and the Vendor/Supplier to make sure the delivery meets the requirements of the Requester.

• Managing Vendor/Supplier relations.

• Making sure the payments are being issued to the Vendor on-time.

• Making sure all items purchased are reliable and from a proper source.

• Managing Blanket Agreements for the projects
