Implement Child Protection activities in the camp and urban areas hosting Syrian Refugees . With support from the Response Team, develop, implement and monitor quarterly, monthly and weekly activity plans to achieve expected results. This includes planning of activities, and procurement; . Under the supervision of CP Manager ensure that all planned activities in SC community centers are implemented on time, within the budget, according to quality standards and as per the monthly plan. . Where challenges arise, ensure that these are flagged early, communicated to the CP Manager and Response Team and addressed in an appropriate way; . Lead in the preparation of all procurement and administrative documents required for program implementation. . Provide follow-up support to child protection training in coordination with Response Team. . Coordinate with the education officer to ensure CFS/community centre activities are integrated and support the best for children . Ensure all CP concerns identified are communicated in timely manner for response to the CP Program Manager . Conduct performance reviews for staff; support them to set performance objectives; . Identify any implementing partner needs, including capacity building needs and coordinate closely with the Child Protection Manager to support them; . Coordinate and provide capacity building training to SC staff and SC partner local NGOs. . Maintain close working relationship with partner staff to provide adequate support Monitoring and Reporting . Assist with monitoring of CFS operations and activities for program quality. .
