While I was pursuing my higher studies in Australia, I initially gained part time employment at Coles Supermarkets Ltd, which is now acquired by Westfarmers Ltd. I was offered part time employment as a nightfiller primarily where I had fill and stock goods to the shelves. After three months I was offered the role of Nightfill 2IC by the Nightfill Captain and the Duty Manager where I was accountable for planning of Nightfill rosters and Customer Service in addition to the filling of stocks.

The organisation is considered as both BPO and a KPO, as it had contracts with various MNC’s in Europe looking for Business Professionals willing to invest in stocks and bonds. Some of my tasks were to identify top key people in MNC’s in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia and conduct a stock market research on their financial aspects.
