  • Enhancing the language French as a foreign language in all aspects,

  • Organisation of training for the development of the course by highly qualified trainer (Formateur / Formatrice) from Ministry of Foreign affairs in France and from French Institute (Institute Français),
  • Liaison with French ministry of education in France, CIEP, CCIP,
  • Liaison with French embassy as well as European Union (EU) in Bangladesh for educational development and cultural promotion,
  • Liaison with Diplomats, Foreign missions, Govt. Officials (specially for the Ministry of foreign affairs), Defence Ministries (Army, Navy, Air Force and Police Headquarters) for event planning for the development in its organizations,
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems,
  • Talking to others to convey information effectively,
  • Preparing all service contracts and facilitating the correspondences in its services,
  • Was in charge of visa extension and related issues i.e. service contracts, residence and travel and transport etc. of its expatriates and interns,
  • Analysis the annual reports, budgets and preparing the presentation to directorate and governing bodies as well as different level of Ministries and local governments, 
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for clients or company management,
  • Record the amount of money spent and received by each clients, using database admission software,
  • Prepare inventory record of assets and prepare the final estimation for next budget,
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation of Alliance Française,
  • Analyze how well the AF will run or perform financially within its budget and funds,
  • Assist management with strategic planning,
  • Supervising different service staffs and harmonize the tasks among them,
  • Evaluating the staffs dedication, satisfaction in their work and moreover, set up recognition and their rewards,
  • Constantly dealt with each and every department of Alliance Française and made sure that all the officials and colleagues well informed about the happenings within the organization,
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events),
  • Prioritizing the sequence of work and capable of taking pressure for finalizing assignments within short notice,
  • Ensured the efficient operation since I joined in this organization. This in turn, enhanced the goodwill and helped Alliance Française de Dhaka to reach its new height.
