The Data Quality Management Program is a health-check between source system and master data or 2 source system that using same data. Every end of month, arrange a meeting with business user and IT from source system. This meeting is to present and to report to the business user and IT representative from source system after identified the data  not comply  and business user or IT representative suppose to have root cause analyst. Beside that I also do some data masking using Informatica Data Masking version 9.5.2. I'm also do some manual data lineage mapping from source to source using IBM Infosphere.
