- Read transcript or proof type setup to detect and mark for correction any grammatical, typographical, or com positional errors.
- Enters data from paper or digital records by using HTML or XML format into database management system within specified time-frame.
- Reviews data to ensure accuracy of data input and priorities projects in order of importance.
- Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports.
- Backs up important data files to secure storage system.
- Learns systems and staying updated on upgrades and procedural changes.
- Ability to retrieve information held on computer systems to generate reports.
- Interacts with clients as well as team members from other departments regarding data input.
