I am working with telephone support unit in a variety of phone systems and equipment’s that are essential in Oil & Gas industry. In any given day, I may install phone systems, troubleshoot wiring problems, or repair switch equipment. I become familiar with analog and digital phone systems, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), which uses different broadband connections such local area network, V-SAT and microwave to place calls over computer desktop with different brands such CISCO, Huawei phones and Huawei desktop applications. Increasingly, I must be able to test and install VoIP networks as analog phone systems are replaced by digital recently at Saudi Aramco. Moreover, to support such complicated network with different systems and big numbers of services, I also become familiar with different reporting and database system such Remedy, Amdocs (CRMAER) and SAP (CRM).

Saudi Students Club in Toowoomba, Australia is non-profit organization " Students
Union " which's provide several services to around 400-500 Saudi students. Also,
organizing social events for Saudi Students & Saudi Culture Exhibitions for the city.
20 volunteers Saudi Students operating all these events.
