Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy non-profit medical center to include training, supervising and scheduling of volunteers. Data input; supply ordering; counseling clients when needed; providing monthly and annual statistics reports to Center Director. Handling client records. Maintain clean, safe, and warm atmosphere for clients, volunteers and staff. Implemented the use of the computer data base after years of using paper scheduling to keep track of client appointments and provided training for all volunteers in using the new system. Create office communications via email, signs and memos.
