I am an expert in Training Need Analysis, designing, aggregating & customizing content, building training programs, designing the takeaways, executing excellence across PAN India at multiple levels right from field support to senior management, evaluating and structuring continuous learning and development.
In addition to product training, I am proficient in running induction and need based workshops.
