I am a professional with 12 years of overall experience mastering in Training & Development. I am an expert in Training Need Analysis, designing, aggregating & customizing content, building training programs, designing the takeaways, executing excellence across PAN India at multiple levels right from field support to senior management, evaluating and structuring continuous learning and development.

In addition to product training, I am proficient in running induction and need based workshops. My training methodology is a combination of different styles across classroom, Interactive, Self learning, experiential learning, OJT, Hands-on, One to one, Coaching / Mentoring / Shadowing, Technology based learning, Video sharing method, Sharing of best practices, Web-based training, Case studies, Lectures, Group discussions, Role Playing, Games, Activities, Outdoor training.
