Training & Development Supervisor

- Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers.
- Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- Working to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organization, such as General Managers, Division Heads and all levels within in the organization.
- Evaluating training and development programs.
