Directed a staff of 10 to manage a team of over 100 engineers to deliver Android drivers for Qualcomm's wifi chips.  Contributed to and executed on design wins across mobile and automotive market segments.  Results: Commercialized multiple design wins on LGE Nexus, Samsung Galaxy and Xiomi's line of mobile handsets, and automotive solutions for BMW, Audi and GM by delivering stock Android features in addition to proprietary features. 

 Architected and Deployed adoption of WorkFront - a web-based, enterprise level, program management tool across an organization of 600 people.  Used the tool for project and resource management.  Results: Obsoleted a dozen different Excel and Project files and consolidated projects for the whole organization into one tool for accurate visibility of Plan of Record and resource usage across all projects within the org.  

 Managed long term planning for an organization of 600 engineers.  Created tools to forecast resource allocations across projects to align with strategic investment objectives.  Created a closed loop feedback system to compare resource projections with actual allocations. Result: Improved the staff manager's ability to project resources.  Tightly controlled how many engineers to work on what projects to maximize Qualcomm's ROI.  Combined data from multiple SW development and SW test teams across 4 geographic locations and 4 business units to create a unified view of where engineering resources are allocated and how each project ramps up and down over 12-18 month time window.  Results: Provided data driven insights to executive management to re-balance product portfolio and team composition to better align with Qualcomm's strategic objectives.  Helped narrow down the focus of teams to reduce churn and shorten time to market.

Launched online ad server surpassing performance of the existing OpenX server in both performance and usability.  Integrated into the OpenX Marketplace and implemented a dynamic floor algorithm to increase RTB performance.  Also integrated with external reporting from partners to produce accurate reporting on direct campaign performance.  Results: Increased revenue by 25% for existing campaigns by better reporting and trafficking. 


Added 15 new domestic and international demand partners to sell >5B monthly banner impressions via SSPs, Ad Networks, Ad Exchanges and Trading desks while leading a marketing and ad ops team.  Results: Increased top line banner revenue by 40% within 2 quarters to $18MM.

Introduced mobile apps on iOS and Android to radically simplify mobile printing (HP ePrint) catering to an increasingly web-savvy and mobile consumer base.  Managed the complete app life cycle and delivered key solutions from concept to completion.  Results: Apps received over 100k download and installs, and yielded over 500k pages of prints within first quarter of launch.


Launched HPePrintCenter for consumers to print web content from specific publishers like Disney’s kids art & craft, USA Today News packet, Delta Boarding pass and others.  Increased incremental prints and user engagement through the mobile medium with the HP brand. Results: The app yielded 7 pages of incremental prints per download.


Developed and managed several partnerships with leading content brands like Disney and Google to co-market new services built on top of the product platform.  Negotiated and executed the contracts, and conducted regular business reviews to keep executives informed and engaged about the partnership.  Results:  Increased high-margin incremental revenues by $1.8M in less than 1 year
