  • Received “Services Excellence Award” from the “Group Head of Publishing and Knowledge Management” for delivering outstanding service to the clients for the quality of service and meeting the challenging deadlines of projects in the region
  • I’m trusted by the management to manage a program for one of the biggest projects of forms digitization for the bank in 10 Asia Pacific countries (China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan and Vietnam). I managed to deliver a critical path project while addressing business concerns and propose effective solutions and managed to reduce the production time by at least 20% of the estimated time, through a team of 25 resource leaded by me, with collaboration with the leaders in other sites and other work streams as well. This project involved cross sites collaboration across 4 production sites (Cairo, China, Manila, and Krakow). This project introduced USD2m of savings for the group in 2015
  • Managing and controlling $500,000 contract with Adobe under the supervision of the Head of desktop infrastructure in all phases of packaging, testing and deployment across the EMEA and ASP regions while administrating the Enterprise Dashboard
  • In 2015 Introduced/implemented an “Automated Productivity Measurement” tool as part of the global team overall KPI, the tool helped to get a better view on individual performance and contributions for both designers and production managers. This helped the resources to better own their performance and for the managers to drive it easily
  • Successfully created/implemented an automated full site failure plan to be automatically activated whenever one operational site is down. It’s tested and proved to be 100% successful during sites failure
  • Six Sigma Yellow belt certified in 2015 and leading additional Three yellow belt certification for my team members

  • Locally managing two production teams of different workstreams (Design and Presentations)

  • With sufficient technical knowledge, Preparing gap analysis and training plan that ensures developing teams skills by providing training opportunities,
    up-skilling and ensures proficiency in the most up to date technologies
  • Responsible for creating/updating the BCP plan (backup plan) for all the sites to insure that there’s minimal impact in case of site closure for any reason (as certain teams faces several natural catastrophes like typhoons, or security situations)
  • Responsible for liaising with the HR for the interviewing/hiring for any team member locally and globally for the creative team in other sites

Managing Projects

  • Leading the technical production team to deliver required service to their assigned line of business ensuring achievement of agreed specifications, service levels and timelines and SLAs
  • Liaising with different teams within the group to ensure that all the technical and environmental requirements and concerns are addressed
