- Responsible for several employees to carry out maintenance and support the Hardware & software.
- Manage, supervise, lead and motivate a team of full-time Technical Support employees. Manage work schedules for the Technical Support team.
- Prioritize and assign work orders; perform quality assurance on completed work orders and projects.
- Meet with department heads to determine technology needs and customer service expectations.
Procure and purchase hardware and software that is maintained by the Tech Support team and ensure its timely arrival. Design and manage projects to deploy and configure new end user hardware as it is acquired. Report regularly on project status
