Build a usable Webstore: The objective was to create an e commerce site usable and easy for clients. 4 clicks to buy. Sales increased 500% YoY. The Webstore was integrated with the site allowing customers to buy: Event Tickets, Industry reports and subscriptions to BNamericas services.

Digitalize content: Industry reports were digitalized to allow online access and relate content, allowing clients to access them anywhere, anytime.

Responsible for product and commercial development of Dridco´s value-added services: demotores360.com and zonaprop360.com and Expos virtuales: ExpoZonajobs, Expodemotores and ExpoZonaprop.

Developed a digital platform that allowed to build integrated sites to demotores.com and zonaprop.com, focused on providing a integrated solution to our major customers: auto dealers and real state.

B2B and B2C Lead generation Campaings. Responsible for the process of stimulating and capturing interest in a product or service for the purpose of developing sales pipeline. We ran online campaigns including: Newsletters, Adwords and Banners through specialized landing pages optimized for best conversion rates.

Online advertising responsible. Manage client advertising/sponsorship accounts, which includes account planning and business processes, with overall goals of increasing campaign effectiveness & ROI. Interface with sales management/reps, account managers and advertisers directly to provide on-going campaign management support and general troubleshooting.

The value-added services we offer require the perfect integration of the IT, design and marketing teams. I had a multidisciplinary team including: 1 designer, 1 web layout designer, 2 performance analysts, 1 social media manager and an online advertising manager.
