since (A Division of Union Properties) HR Coordinator Key Deliverables Assist the HR Manager in the follow up of all HR related issues as per the performance standards. Liaise with the Management about all HR issues. Preparation of the monthly Payroll and all additional payrolls. Update the manpower status and submit a monthly report of same to the concerned Manager. Process all leave applications and leave settlement. Process benefits & compensation for resigned and terminated employees. Responsible to follow up with bank for opening of bank accounts of all new employees. Assist the HR Manager in planning the manpower requirement of the Company. Assist the HR Manager in respect of Training programmes. Maintain a filing system for all HR records and personnel files. Supervise the HR Assistant in all medical issues. Carry out inductions and settling-in interviews for employees. Submitting accurate and timely manpower reports to the HR Department as well as the main Contractor. Administering the petty cash account as directed by the Project Manager/Director. Overseeing preparation of Manpower and Petty Cash Reports for submitting to the top management as directed by the Project Manager. Compiling and submitting the monthly Management Reports(Safety Reports, etc.) from the Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Accounts and Drawings Summary. Represent Company when required. Maintain the strict confidentiality at all times on matters pertaining to the company and its associates.
