§Reported directly to the Dean (CEO) of one of the world’s top ranked educational institutions, I recruited, trained, developed and lead a global team of 24 career professionals.I developed the vision, strategic marketing and business plans and directed world class services to 21,000 alumni and 3,000 students that met their career and professional needs.
§Enhanced the image of the school into a prestigious and desired global brand (Top 1%), allowing the school to attract more than $100 Million in Endowments and Financial Support.
§Initiated and nurtured value-added relationships, leveraged to fund a $110 Million Capital Expansion.
§Prepared and presented reports and summaries for Board Chairs, Committee Chairs and Deans.
§Developed strategic alliances for delivery of services in China, India, Dubai, S. Korea and Russia.
§Increased the number and quality of job opportunities by more than 200%, $40 Million annual value
§Delivered leadership workshops, appointed as exclusive Executive Coach for Kellogg Schulich Executive MBAs, average 16 years of experience, on average deliver $100k in services per year.
§Consulted with H/R and senior executives to: understand their strategic imperatives, discover our brand’s sustainable comparative advantages, test the effectiveness of our value proposition.
§Developed content and delivered hundreds of career and leadership workshops, panel discussions and keynote presentations to thousands of students and professionals globally.
§Organized and conducted hundreds of national and international fundraising and alumni relationship building trips with senior executives, board members and senior alumni.
§Developed effective relationships with many high profile CEOs, CFOs and Board Directors.
§Negotiated superior tools and resources at below market prices.
§Ensured that we consistently ranked Top Ten (outside of the US) in all media rankings.
§Initiated the first and only life-time career support program for alumni on a global basis.
