Nanotechnology Research and Development building:-Running a 50 Million $ project for building a nanotechnology research center with all the facilities, equipment, human resources and the research topics to be carried out in a five year plan.-Bidding process management for the selection of subcontractors for the nanotechnology building.-Management of the design and the contraction phase for the building.-Management of the purchasing process for the equipment needed.-Designing the logical framework for the research team.-Schedule development and management.-Cost management through estimating, budgeting and controlling the cost.-Following up on the day to day operations and updating the project documentations according the actual work achieved.-Monitoring and controlling the project according to a predefined mechanism for complex projects.-Risk management through planning and identifying risks, performing analysis for these risks, and planning the response for such risks.-Communication management for the project to ensure the proper disposition of the all the information running though the project to all the stakeholders involved.-Quality management and quality control.
