I manage a $2 million sales territory (2 The Home Depot accounts), in San Diego, California. My main objectives were to increase top-line sales and improve brand presence for Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) products within The Home Depot. My partnership spanned across the following brands: DEWALT, Stanley, Porter Cable, and Black & Decker.
- Collaborate with Home Depot District Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Department Heads, Merchandising District Managers and Merchandising Supervisors to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies in stores.
- Educate Home Depot and Merchandising Supervisors and Associates about Stanley Black & Decker products, data and sales process tactics to increase sales in stores.
- Contribute to Stanley Black & Decker sales by holding events, merchandising product on shelf as well as off shelf, measuring successes through a Data Warehouse, holding contests and maintaining relationships with Home Depot and merchandising employees.
