I manage a $2 million sales territory in San Diego, California. My main objectives are to increase top-line sales and improve brand presence for Stanley Black & Decker products within The Home Depot. My partnership spans across the following brands: DEWALT, Stanley, Porter Cable, and Black & Decker.
- Collaborate with Home Depot Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Department Heads, and Merchandising Supervisors to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies in stores.
- Contribute to Stanley Black & Decker sales by holding events, merchandising product on shelf and off shelf, measuring successes through a Data Warehouse, holding contests and maintaining relationships with Home Depot and merchandising employees.
